The First Christian Church at 111 Fairmount Avenue and the Darries Project are hosting a neighborhood Easter Egg hunt at the church from 2 p.m. to 4 p.m. If you'd like to have your child participate, please call Belinda Gilchrist-Day at 510-663-1231. Belinda is also collecting donations of Easter baskets to give to children, or money so that the Darries Project can put the baskets together. She has already received donations for 50 baskets (thanks everyone!!) and would like to have 100 baskets, if possible. If you'd like to support this event call Belinda or drop off your donation at 339 Oakland Avenue.
